Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement and a Masters degree in Education/ Leadership, Steven has honed his skills both in the field and in academia.  Beyond his professional responsibilities, Steven is deeply invested in community engagement and outreach. He actively collaborates with local stakeholders to address concerns, build trust, and promote safety initiatives, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to serving and empowering the communities he works within.

Sarah Bailey is a seasoned professional driven by her unwavering faith and commitment to excellence. With a Bachelor's degree in History as her foundation, she has excelled as the Director of STSVC since 2011. Sarah's personal philosophy, rooted in dignity, honesty, and devotion, serves as a guiding light in her leadership approach.  Her genuine care for people is evident in her dedication to equipping, developing, and empowering staff, fostering a healthy work culture, and maintaining an open-door policy. She prioritizes quality in every aspect of her work, ensuring that standards are met and exceeded.
