Currently, Joaquin serves as the SVP of Operations for the Kitting group at Medline.  In this role, he is responsible for Plant Operations, Engineering, business systems, and Supply Chain. Joaquin is passionate about community service, leveraging teamwork to make things happen and deliver results. He enjoys having success through the success of others.

Joaquin first joined Medline in 2015 as plant manager in our Waukegan facility. During his tenure, he has expanded our Laredo Region operations, both sides of the border as well-developed with the same production capability in Mexicali, Baja California / Moreno Valley in California, and helped go through three major acquisitions. Through consistent hard work and dedication, Joaquin has advanced his career by serving as Manager, Director, and VP roles. These diverse experiences in multiple regions have given him a holistic perspective on his work.

As passionate as he is about community service, Joaquin served on several boards, VP of Index Nuevo Laredo, VP of Canacintra Nuevo Laredo, and serves as special advisor to the Laredo Economic Development Corporation, as well as serving on the board of the community college and local Universities.

Joaquin was born and raised in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He enjoys the outdoors, reading, and spending most of his time with family and friends.
