Monica Bautista is the Director of Development at Bethany House with 4 years of experience working at the non-profit agency. Her present role in the organization’s mission to “feed the hungry and shelter the homeless” is related to the coordination of volunteering, events, donor relations, communication, fundraising, and project development. Prior to officially joining Bethany House, Monica participated in the first branding efforts of the organization under the vision and direction of the late Barbara A. Kazen, visionary of today’s Center for Hope and the meal and shelter programs.
Monica’s marketing experience of 18 years in the private sector includes her work as a senior account manager with PMDG Agency and marketing management at HKG Duty-Free, in addition to 5 years as a marketing freelancer.
She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Marketing from TAMIU and holds a Marketing Services certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
