Dr. Viviana Martinez, a native of Laredo, is the Director of ROOTS Recovery Center. With dual doctorates in Organizational Leadership & Development and Healthcare Administration, and over 15 years as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, she has dedicated her career to guiding individuals and families on their path to recovery and strengthening community health through leadership and advocacy.
