Andrew P. As Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Laredo, Russell leads one of South Texas' most respected and impactful youth-serving organizations.

Approaching its 80th year of service, the organization positively influences thousands of young people and families annually through academic enrichment, leadership development, workforce readiness, athletics, mentoring, and life-changing opportunities. Under his leadership, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Laredo continues to strengthen strategic partnerships, expand innovative programming, and build sustainable pathways that empower young people to achieve their full potential.
